PHOTO GALLERY: Carson’s Blinky Man Bike Event Rides Again (With Video)

CARSON CITY — Billed as a “costumed night-time bike ride with lights,” the summer 2015 Blinky Man was held again last night in Carson City. The age 21-plus ride went from dusk until midnight all through Carson City with stops at various pubs.
