The Sierra School of Performing Arts is holding auditions for Rodgers and Hammersteins’ Cinderella.

We are seeking singers, actors, and dancers from age nine to adult. Be prepared to perform a one minute memorized comedic monologue and one verse of an up-tempo song or ballad which shows off your voice, range, and personality. Songs from Cinderella are preferred, but any Broadway standard is acceptable. Be sure to bring CD accompaniment or sheet music if you prefer piano accompaniment. Have all cuts or repetitions clearly marked. Place your music in a binder or tape the sheets together for the benefit of the accompanist. Bring a 5×7 headshot and audition packet and be prepared to stay for the dance audition.

Auditions will be held Sunday, May 3 from 1-4 p.m. and Tuesday, May 5 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at South Reno United Methodist Church at 200 DeSpain Lane.

Rehearsals will be held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 6-9 p.m. starting June 9th at a to be determined location. You MUST attend all technical and dress rehearsals Aug. 31 to Sept. 3.
