Tiffany East Opens Strategic Public Relations Agency

tiffany-east-240x300-6208242-4861354Tiffany East, a public relations professional with more than 25 years of experience has opened Tiffany East PR, a public relations agency dedicated to strategic public relations programs that achieve results.

She is the former vice president of public relations of The Glenn Group, where she spent nearly eight years designing award-winning programs including the statewide public relations program for the Nevada Sesquicentennial celebration. Throughout the celebratory year, Nevadans enjoyed more than 500 events and established a world record for “most people singing their state song at once.” Other notable achievements include working with the White House Advance Team and Press Corps. to facilitate a presidential policy announcement at Sempra U.S. Gas & Power’s solar field in Boulder City, Nev.

East has spent the past 25 years of her professional career managing programs in a variety of industries such as energy, health care, retail, arts and real estate development.

She is a member of the board of directors of the Nevada Women’s Fund and chair’s the organization’s marketing committee. East is also a member of the Sierra Nevada Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and the national PRSA Counselor’s Academy. She was honored as a Nevada Women’s Fund Woman of Achievement in 2013, and is a recipient of the PRSA’s prestigious Gold Spike Award for excellence in public relations and commitment to the community and AAF-Reno’s Community Contribution of the Year award.
