Ryan Ostler is hosting the opening reception for his exhibit at BVW Jewelers tomorrow from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. His new show, Adornment, features art that showcases Ostler at his best. Using found objects and vision, Ostler turns the objects that come into his life into something new and interesting. His paintings evoke numerous emotions and allow the viewer to interpret them in their own way.
Ostler see his art as bringing forth color and form through a variety of mediums of expression. “Adornment is a statement, and in this show I particularly had the items of the store in mind; colors, shapes, energy,” Ostler said.
This opening reception is an opportunity to see Ostler’s art in person and meet the artist himself. He’ll be chatting with guests and answering questions about his work. The reception is free to attend.
