DONNER SUMMIT, Calif. — Sugar Bowl Resort pushed back its opening day and will not open by Nov. 26. A new opening day will be announced soon.

Sugar Bowl Resort is making snow when temperatures permit. The resort’s improved snow-making system has been helping crews increase snow coverage on the upper part of Mt. Lincoln. The resort will open on a limited basis as soon as snowmaking or natural snowfall allow.

Updates on Sugar Bowl Resort’s opening day will be posted on the resort’s website at www.sugarbowl.com.
