Children’s story time

autumn_story_time-2467935-6920171Reno’s Sundance Books and Music presents a special story time to celebrate the season of fall on Saturday, November 8, at 11 a.m. Children of all ages are invited to enjoy an autumnal selection of stories read by Sundance Books and Music’s dear friend and youth-literacy advocate, Ellen Fockler.

Having served as the library coordinator for the Washoe County School District for many years, Ellen is passionate about children’s literature and loves reading to kids.

Miriam Hodgman
Miriam Hodgman is originally from San Francisco. She previously was the communications coordinator for the largest hunger-relief organization in Sonoma County, California. She has a bachelor’s degree in American history, with a minor in American Indian studies, from San Francisco State University, and has a master’s degree in public administration from Sonoma State University. She enjoys training a variety of martial arts.
