May Museum hosts free Art Angels workshop for children

Bring out your child’s inner artist this holiday season. The Wilbur D. May Museum is will once again hold the popular Art Angels workshop. The watercolor class is just for kids ages 6-12. Students will be instructed in small groups on watercolor technique by experienced artists from the Sierra Watercolor Society. Each child will complete two paintings, one of which will be matted and ready to frame. These works of art make a unique holiday gift! The class is free, but advance registration is required. Limited to 50 children.

The Sierra Watercolor Society is a non-profit organization made up of artists from Northern Nevada and Eastern California.
