Female passenger killed in DUI accident identified

The female passenger who was killed by a suspected 19 year old DUI driver shortly before 1030 pm in the area of Moana and Baker Lane in South Reno on October 29, 2014 has been identified as Reno resident Shell Cooks (DOB 09/14/92).

The suspected DUI driver that struck and killed Shell and injured two others was arrested by Reno Police and is still in custody at the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office.
