KOZZ-FM’s 16th annual Stuff-A-Bus: Atlantis Casino Resort Spa hosts food, toy and clothing drive

14750505-296x300-5160931-3559278105.7 KOZZ-FM Classic Rock morning show personality, Jim McClain moves into an Amador Stage Lines bus at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa on Wednesday, November 5, for the 16th annual “Stuff-A-Bus” donation drive.

KOZZ is asking the community to show its support by filling the entire bus with non-perishable food items, new clothes and toys. All donations will go to help The Salvation Army provide Christmas gifts for those in need in northern Nevada.

McClain will collect donations in the Atlantis west parking lot from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, November 5; from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, November 6; and lastly, from 5 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday, November 7.

In 2013, Stuff-A-Bus collected over 2,700 lbs. of non-perishable food items, 2,050 lbs. of clothing, 331 toys, and $1,225 in cash donations.

She has a bachelor’s degree in American history, with a minor in American Indian studies, from San Francisco State University, and has a master’s degree in public administration from Sonoma State University. She enjoys training a variety of martial arts.
