Spanish Springs Library hosts tech fair Aug. 24, 2014

WASHOE COUNTY STATEMENT: You have a chance to learn what the Maker Movement is all about.  Tech Away is an informational fair and a chance to see and try out new technologies.  Additionally, there will be a Tech Petting Zoo for people to try some of the latest mobile devices a part of the newly added Tech Bar at the Spanish Springs Library.

Most importantly, we’d like to hear from you what you’d like see and try in your library.  That’s why we’ve invited local makers, maker spaces, libraries with maker elements and other groups to showcase what they do…and what you could also try out at home, out and about in our community or right here in your local library.
