RCO musicians Ruth Lenz, Carol Laube, Dustin Budish, John Lenz, and Peter Lenz will perform Franz Schubert’s String Quintet, one of chamber music’s great masterpieces, in the Museum’s Wayne and Miriam Prim Theater. The 7 p.m. concert will be followed by champagne and desserts by Chez Louis from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m., during which time you’ll have a chance to visit with the musicians and your fellow RCO enthusiasts.
You are also invited to come early, as your ticket to “An Elegant Evening of Chamber Music” includes admission to the Nevada Museum of Art and its exhibitions. The galleries will be open for “Elegant Evening” attendees starting at 6 p.m.
Tickets are $80 per person ($60 of which is a tax-deductible contribution to the RCO). Seating is limited. Proceeds from the event benefit the Reno Chamber Orchestra.
