Street Vibrations returns June 6-8

Date:

34-570x371-1997866-9198572The Street Vibrations® Spring Rally, a kickoff to the riding season, will roar into downtown Reno June 6-8. The event features live entertainment, bike games, competition ride-in shows, a scavenger hunt, more than 80 vendors, VIP parties for registered participants and more.

“The annual spring event is a three day party with non-stop music from live bands, great food, motorcycle vendors and plenty of eye candy,” said Randy Burke, president of Roadshows®, Inc., producer of the event.

Street Vibrations® is free to the public. Live entertainment is scheduled simultaneously on stages throughout downtown Reno. Live bands will perform on outdoor stages at the Silver Legacy, Harrah’s Plaza, the Eldorado and Circus Circus throughout the three day event.

You’ll find contemporary rock from Adrenalin, non-stop blues from The Jason King Band and Blues Monsters, rocknroll from the Lucky Tongue Band, rhythm and blues from Boogie Daddies and “crunchy western” from Valentine Rodeo.

“We’re having our traditional ceremonial flag raising performed by the Spanish Springs High School Junior ROTC on the Silver Legacy entertainment stage at 5:45 p.m. on Fri., June 6 and Sat., June 7,” Burke said.

Most Street Vibrations® event activities will start, end or take place entirely in downtown Reno, but the rally has expanded to include some additional locations.

Chester’s Reno Harley-Davidson is an official Street Vibrations® Spring Rally Venue, and the Market Street dealership will be hopping throughout the weekend with live entertainment and great deals.

Virginia City and Carson City will welcome riders participating in the poker run on Sat., June 7.
