Nevada returns home to host Colorado State tonight

image001-5641399-9933268After road trip Nevada at home for two:  Nevada (10-10, 5-2 MW) returns home for two Mountain West games after splitting two conference road games last week.  At 5-2 in the MW the Wolf Pack sits in third place.   The Pack hosts Colorado State (12-8, 3-4 MW) on Wednesday at 7:05 p.m.  The Rams lost 68-66 at home to New Mexico on Saturday.  CSU is 3-2 in their last five games.

SERIES HISTORY: The series between the Wolf Pack and Rams is tied at six.  CSU won both meetings last season and five of the last seven games.

PACK COACHES WEARING SNEAKERS WEDNESDAY:  Nevada head coach David Carter and his staff will be wearing sneakers Wednesday night during the Colorado State game in support of cancer awareness and to inspire hope.  Their efforts, along with Coaches vs. Cancer supporters nationwide, will help the American Cancer Society provide hope, support and answers to the nearly 14 million cancer survivors celebrating another birthday this year.

To support Coach Carter’s fight against cancer text the word VICTORY to 20222 for a $10 donation.

In our lifetime, cancer will strike one of every two American men’ and one of every three women – we salute our coaches for teaming up with Coaches vs. cancer to fight this disease and helping create a world with less cancer and more birthdays!  At the gamer the American Cancer Society will be selling shirts for Nspire shirts for $10 to help raise money then awareness.

This game will also bring awareness for the Relay for Light that will be held on April 18th.  This is the 11 year it will be held on the University of Nevada Campus.  You may sign up for the event at the game.
