Front porch death in Incline Village reported as suspicious

washoe_county_sheriffs_office_log-8420129-1729479Detectives with the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations and Investigations Division are conducting an investigation into a suspicious death that occurred over the weekend in Incline Village.

At approximately 4 a.m. on Sunday, deputies from the Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division responded to a report of a suspicious death on the 900 block of Northwood Boulevard in Incline Village. When they arrived, they found a male adult identified as Christopher Elliott, age 46, deceased on the front porch of his residence.

Determination of cause of death is pending by the Medical Examiner’s Office. At this time investigators say that it does not appear as if a firearm or cutting device was involved in this incident.

No suspects are in custody at this time,

This is an ongoing investigation, and anyone with information about this case is asked to contact the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office Detective Division at (775) 328-3320 or Secret Witness at (775) 322-4900.
