Locally owned High Sierra Legal is giving a break to Northern Nevadans who need help with legal documents.
Striving to provide a low-cost, mobile legal document preparation alternative, the first 25 who sign up will receive $150 off their services.
Whether someone needs help with a will, trust, divorce or custody issue, founder Lindsay Wheeler helps people in person without charging high attorney fees.
The first 25 will pay $350 for an in-person will package that normally costs $500. The document package includes:
- Will
- Memorandum for Distribution of Personal Property
- Declaration of Authority of Remains upon Death
- Burial Instructions
- Financial Power of Attorney
- Healthcare Power of Attorney
- Living Will
- HIPPA Authorization
- Declaration of Homestead.
