Nikki Nemerouf, a thought leader in the field of human development, will be the keynote speaker at this month’s WIN breakfast meeting Friday, Nov. 22, at 7 a.m. in the Capri Ballroom at the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino. Sponsored by Thorndal, Armstrong, Delk, Balkenbush & Eisinger, the popular networking breakfast event will feature Nemerouf’s “Mental Fitness for Leaders.”
Nemerouf has worked with individuals and teams for more than 30 years in the areas of executive coaching, leadership development, team building, train-the-trainer programs and mental fitness training. He has delivered over 500 workshops to Vistage International, the largest professional organization of CEO’s in the world. Out of the 1,500 speakers used by Vistage, Nemerouf is ranked as one of their top 10.
Nemerouf has given seminars to the Olympic Organizing Committee, provided mental fitness training to members of the PGA tour and created leadership academies for McDonnell Douglas. He currently works with companies such as Intellisource, Phillips Industries and The Greensheet.
Nemerouf focuses on helping leaders to develop high-performing cultures based on living according to their stated core values, becoming mentally agile and resilient, and finding joy in their work.
In his presentation, Nemerouf will guide attendees in learning to become more focused and effective in their work and personal life. His presentation will translate the intellectual wisdom gained through literature on leadership and personal development into hands-on practical applications in order for people to develop breakthroughs in thinking, performance and relationships.
