The Dangberg Home Ranch Historic Park is the 2012 contest winner and this is the Wilbur D. May Center’s first year in the contest.

The Dangberg Home Ranch Historic Park beautifully preserves Nevada’s rich ranching culture, so it is no wonder they won last year.” said May Center assistant curator, Samantha Szesciorka. “We’re honored to have made it this far and to be up against a real Nevada Treasure.”

“We couldn’t be prouder to be listed next to the Wilbur D. May Center in the final round,” said Dangberg Ranch curator, Mark Jensen. “The May collection is amazing and the museum’s programming sets a good example as we work toward similar goals.”
