RENO RIVER FESTIVAL NEWS RELEASE – Renowned as the kick off to the summer events season in northern Nevada and known as one of the toughest whitewater competitions on the circuit today, the Reno River Festival celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2013 – May 11 – 12. This year’s event brings out some of the world’s top paddlers for a weekend filled with exciting whitewater competition, free music, tons of industry vendors and tempting eats, free fishing and camping clinics and a kids play area that includes none other than a zip line across the famed Truckee River.
