Amirinazari-Paran-photoRENO CHAMBER ORCHESTRA NEWS RELEASE – June 26, The Reno Chamber Orchestra presents An Elegant Evening of Chamber Music at the Nevada Museum of Art. RCO musicians James Winn, Ruth Lenz, Carol Laube, Dustin Budish, Paran Amirinazari, John Lenz, and Peter Lenz will perform Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 12 in A major, K. 414 (“a quattro”) and the String Sextet No. 1 in B-flat major, Op. 18 by Brahms in the Museum’s Wayne and Miriam Prim Theater. The 7:00 p.m. concert will be followed by champagne and desserts from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., during which time you’ll have a chance to visit with the musicians and your fellow RCO enthusiasts.

You are also invited to come early, as your ticket to An Elegant Evening of Chamber Music includes admission to the Nevada Museum of Art and its exhibitions, including “A Real Van Gogh?: An Unsolved Art World Mystery” and “Voces y Visiones: Highlights from the Collection of El Museo del Barrio, New York.”

Tickets are $80 per person ($60 of which is a tax-deductible contribution to the RCO). Seating is limited, and reservations must be received by Friday, June 21. Proceeds from the event benefit the Reno Chamber Orchestra. Tickets can be purchased online or by calling 775-348-9413.
