Join Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) for their “Know Your Water Quality – Meet TMWA’s Team” workshop on Wednesday, May 8. TMWA’s Water Quality experts will present the rigorous regulations and treatment procedures that your water goes through prior to reaching your tap. This workshop recognizes, and coincides with, national Drinking Water Week, May 5 through May 11.
On Wednesday, May 15 learn how to properly care for your trees and how to avoid common tree care mistakes with a trained arborist at TMWA’s Tree Care Workshop. This event will provide participants with an opportunity to both learn and ask questions in a relaxed, give-and-take format.
Both workshops start at 5:30 p.m. at TMWA’s offices located at 1355 Capital Blvd. in Reno.
