CARSON CITY – Nevada General Counsel and Policy Director Lucas Foletta tendered his resignation yesterday.
“I thank Lucas for his diligent service to my office and our state,” Governor Brian Sandoval said. “I wish him the very best in his next steps.”
An announcement of the governor’s next general counsel will be made in the near future.
