Lucas Bragg, the subject who was being sought for questioning in the murder at Capital Hill and Locust Street on Feb. 8, has been located and interviewed. The Reno Police Department wants to thank the public for their help in locating Bragg, who has been ruled out as being involved in this crime.
One victim was killed and another wounded in the incident. On Wednesday, Feb. 13, investigators arrested Gustavo Alvisar for his alleged involvement in the shooting. Anyone with information about the incident or parties involved is urged to call Secret Witness.
