RPD NEWS RELEASE
At approximately 12:50 AM on February 14, 2013 Officers responded to a report of a subject who broke into an occupied business. The owner of the closed business was on scene inside of the business, and watched a suspect break the front window. Once inside of the busniess the suspect stole two cash registers, phone cards, and $24.03 in change and fled. Upon arrival Officers noticed a vehicle fleeing the area. A traffic stop was initiated, and after further investigation Officers were able to link both suspects to the burglary. The property, including the $24.03 in change, was recovered. One of the two suspects (DIAZ-RAMIERZ) was arrested in the commission of another comercial burglary at the Reno Cycles and Gear Shop in October of 2012. Both suspects are currently in custody at the Washoe County Detention Facility and are being held on a $20,000.00+ Bail.

DIAZ-CISNEROS, Jose 22 year old Reno Resident
Charges: Burglary / Possession of Burglary Tools
