The Children’s Cabinet, Evelyn Mount Community Outreach and For Kids Foundation will receive proceeds from Sheep Dip 49

SheepDip[1] This Is RenoTHE CHILDREN’S CABINET NEWS RELEASE  – The Children’s Cabinet has been selected as one of three northern Nevada nonprofits, including Evelyn Mount Community Outreach and For Kids Foundation, to receive a portion of the proceeds raised from Sheep Dip 49. The annual “roast of the town” will be held at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday in the Celebrity Showroom at John Ascuaga’s Nugget in Sparks. Tickets are still available and cost $38. They can be purchased at www.janugget.com.

By attending Sheep Dip, audience members help The Children’s Cabinet continue its mission to keep children safe and families together by offering services and resources that address unmet needs in the community.

The Sheep Dip is an annual comedy show, now in its 49th year, which includes skits, songs and dance performances performed by locals, including members of the media and even Nevada politicians. Those roasted at Sheep Dip typically include Nevada newsmakers – all in good fun.

Sheep Dip is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation that has raised more than $410,000 over 49 years of laughs, which has been donated to local charities and scholarship funds. For more information, visit www.sheepdipshow.org.
