Washoe County Regional Parks opens the 17th season of the popular Come in from the Cold Winter Entertainment Series this Saturday at Bartley Ranch.
Every Saturday night from Jan. 5 through Mar. 9, 2013, performers from a wide variety of musical genres, including the Blarney Band, Cowboy poet Larry Maurice and Homemade Jam, will play in the Western Heritage Interpretive Center at Bartley Ranch. The opening night band this Saturday evening will be Northern Nevada Bluegrass.
Capacity is limited to 280 persons and doors open at 5 p.m. The Come in from the Cold series is made available thanks to generous support from the performers, sponsors and audiences. A $3 per person donation is encouraged to help support this and future park programs.
