CARSON CITY — Governor Brian Sandoval today made the following statement after learning of UNR Football Coach Chris Ault’s decision to step down:
“Coach Ault has meant so much to the University of Nevada football program. More importantly, throughout his career he demonstrated the toughness, class and work ethic that only comes once in a generation. We will all remember his career with pride and gratitude. Coach Ault dedicated his life to Wolf Pack football and we will forever be grateful. I wish Coach Ault the very best as he begins the next phase of his life.”
