Bistro Napa, inside Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, is proud to offer an all-inclusive dinner with legendary Rombauer Vineyards at 6pm on Thursday, December 13, 2012.
Start the evening with a mouth-watering Amuse Bouche of Caprese accompanied by Burrata Cheese, Heirloom Tomatoes, Balsamic Reduction and Fresh Basil. The next four courses include delectable creations such as Sautéed Petrale Sole, Slow Braised Veal Cheeks and Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb, all artfully paired with a sampling of Rombauer’s finest wines.
