Northern Nevada Medical Center welcomes Timothy Mooney, DPM, FACFAS, and Thomas Truong, DO, to their team of physicians affiliated with Northern Nevada Medical Group.
Dr. Timothy Mooney is a doctor of podiatric medicine and surgery and a diplomate with the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Mooney received his DPM at the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science on Chicago, IL.
Dr. Mooney completed his residency in podiatric medicine and surgery and in diabetic lower extremity reconstruction and limb salvage at Inova Fairfax Hospital and Georgetown University Medical Center.
Dr. Thomas Truong is an interventional cardiologist and a native of Sparks, NV. After earning his bachelor of science at UNR, Dr. Truong went to medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and completed his residency at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Dr. Truong completed fellowships in cardiology and interventional cardiology at Oklahoma St. and Largo Medical Center in Largo, Florida.
Dr. Mooney and Dr. Truong are located on the Northern Nevada Medical Center campus at Sparks Medical Office Building, 2385 E. Prater Way. They are accepting new patients and are on most of the area’s health plans including Medicare. To schedule an appointment please call (775) 352-5300.
