A Cash & Cruise Giveaway promotion, the CVI’s 28th Birthday celebration, Free Bingo Days, Ladies’ Nights, the Monthly Blackjack Tournament and more are all part of the casino promotions at the Carson Valley Inn during August.
The Carson Valley Inn’s Cash and Cruise Giveaway promotion runs August 1 – 31 and player club members accumulate one free drawing entry for every 25 points earned all month. Members may make a free swipe at the casino kiosk once each day for a variety of prizes including cash, free play and additional entries for the weekend drawings. Up to two additional daily swipes can also be made with each 50 points earned. The Cash and Cruises will be given away at drawings every Friday and Saturday at 6, 8 and 10 p.m. with the grand prize drawings on Friday, August 31 at 6 and 8 p.m.
On Monday’s in August, INN Club members receive 50% Off all baked goods when paying with their INN Club points. Fresh-baked pies, cakes, cookies and cupcakes are all on display at the bakery counter near the entrance to Katie’s. A Free CVI Birthday Hat or T-Shirt can also be claimed by INN Club members each Monday in August just by earning 100 points the same day. Choose a free hat or t-shirt, and you keep the points!
Ladies’ Night Out returns to the Carson Valley Inn on Wednesdays, August 8, 15, 22 and 29. Join Julie and the hosts in the casino from 6 to 9 p.m. for free gifts, hot seat drawings, ladies-only bingo, raffles and drink specials.
Free Bingo moves to Thursdays, August 9, 16 and 23 with games on the hour from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.  $1,000 in free play is guaranteed to be given away each week. To qualify for a free bingo card, be playing on any of the Carson Valley Inn slots or table games when tickets are distributed shortly before each game.
The August Carson Valley Inn Blackjack Tournament is Tuesday, August 14 with all entry fees (just $25) and re-buys going to the prize fund. Sign ups are from 5 to 6 p.m. and the tournament starts at 6:00 p.m. The monthly CVI Blackjack tournaments are open to all INN Club members.
The Inn’s 28th Birthday Celebration on August 19 features a free outdoor Johnny Lee Concert at 7 p.m. The expanded outdoor festivities run from 4 to 8 p.m. in the west parking lot and also include free ice cream bars and popcorn, $2 draft beer, $1 soda or water, a giant sand castle sculpted as you watch, rock-climbing walls, clowns and more. Inside the casino on August 19, the Inn is giving away free birthday cake and champagne from 3 to 4 p.m. and again from 8 to 9 p.m. Free birthday T-shirts will be distributed throughout the day. The evening wraps up with post-concert drawings for up to $5,000 in the casino at 9 and 10 p.m.
