Premiere classic car event Hot August Nights chooses R&R Partners as agency of record

Nevada’s largest integrated marketing communications firm, R&R Partners, announced today that it is the new agency of record for Hot August Nights, the world’s premiere classic car event. Celebrating its 26th year, the event will take place August 7-12, 2012.  R&R Partners will provide strategic branding and public relations services for this year’s event.

“Hot August Nights is a staple in the northern Nevada community,” said Pete Ernaut, president of government and public affairs and principal for R&R Partners. “Its classic cars and topline entertainment makes this a nostalgic event unlike any other and we will ensure that it remains an intricate and growing part of our community.”

Hot August Nights, a non-profit organization established in 1986, is one of the premiere classic car events in the world. The largest special event in northern Nevada, Hot August Nights attracts 800,000 enthusiasts and participants each year and has a significant economic impact. Hot August Nights is known for its classic car shows and displays, rock ‘n’ roll concerts featuring top entertainers, controlled cruises, show-and-shines, drag races, and sock hops.
