About National MS Society, Southern California & Nevada Chapter:

Multiple sclerosis, an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system, interrupts the flow of information within the brain and between the brain and the body. The progress, severity and specific symptoms of MS in any one person cannot yet be predicted, but advances in research and treatment are moving us closer toward a world free of MS. The National MS Society helps each person address the challenges of living with MS. The Southern California & Nevada Chapter provides programs and direct services to the more than 1,300 people living with MS in Northern Nevada and their loved ones, and funds cutting-edge research for better treatments and a cure. For more information about this chapter, please visit www.nationalMSsociety.org/ca or call 775.827.4257.
