FFF Yoga Ambassador Stephanie Snyder and Pradeep Teotia Among List of Teachers
If three days of yoga, meditation and inspirational teaching is calling your name, then plan on attending the Subaru presents the FREERIDE FLOW FESTIVAL, sponsored by CLIF Bar and Marmot and in partnership with Yoga Tree, taking place over St. Patrick’s Day weekend, March 16-18, 2012, at Kirkwood Mountain Resort.
Stephanie Snyder, FFF Yoga Ambassador and leader of “San Francisco’s most popular yoga class” according to InStyle Magazine, as well as internationally certified Pradeep Teotia are among the several renowned yogis that will be offering yoga and inspirational teachings for all levels and experience. Teachers have been carefully hand selected to help attendees discover the source of energy and inspiration that yoga provides. Other yogis and instructors include: Kent Kreitler, legendary ski pioneer; Emily Weer, owner of Lake Tahoe’s only donation based yoga studio; Shaelah Morris, former professional big mountain skier and Alpine ski racer; Michael Richardson, outdoor sports enthusiast and yoga instructor since 2003; Miranda Dalton, from San Francisco’s Asta Yoga; and, Dani Spiekermeier, former All-American colligate athlete.
