WASHOE COUNTY NEWS RELEASE
In observance of Presidents’ Day, most Washoe County offices will be closed on Monday, Feb. 20.
Administrative offices at the Washoe County Complex on 9th Street in Reno will be closed for the holiday, as will Senior Services facilities and all Washoe County Library branches.
Pursuant to state law, the office of the county clerk will remain open on Monday for the issuance of marriage licenses.
Citizens are encouraged to contact the appropriate department prior to visiting to verify whether or not that service is available on Monday. Visit www.washoecounty.us and click on “Contact Us” for department contact information.
