City of Sparks releases mobile app for Android platform



The Android version of the City of Sparks mobile app is now available for FREE download in the Android Market. The “Sparks, NV” mobile app for iPhone and Android smartphones, with the iPad version to be complete during the first quarter, provides information on restaurants, shopping and nightlife as well as the latest city news, weather, and the ability to check-in on social networking sites. Download the City of Sparks mobile app by visiting the Sparks website http://www.cityofsparks.us/visiting/mobile-app or by searching for “Sparks, NV” in both the iTunes App Store and in the Android Market.

With visitors, tourism and special events a priority for the city, the Sparks mobile app features include:

Advocates, lawmakers laud progress on implementation of prison reforms
