CARSON CITY – Gov. Brian Sandoval made the following statement today regarding the death of Washoe District Court Judge Robert Perry:
“I was extremely saddened to hear of the passing of Robert Perry. Judge Perry was a respected jurist, lawyer, Marine and friend. He served the people of Washoe County with integrity and believed in equal access to justice for all. I have ordered all state flags on public buildings to half-staff tomorrow from sunrise to sundown in Judge Perry’s honor. Kathleen and I extend our deepest condolences to Judge Perry’s family, colleagues and friends.”
