Strut your creative stuff and enter the 2011 ADDY Awards
The American Advertising Federation (AAF) Reno invites all area advertisers to think back on their 2011 creative triumphs. The 2012 northern Nevada ADDY awards are coming and they want to recognize the advertising community’s best work. ADDY entries are now open and can be submitted online at www.aafreno.com. All entries are due by Friday, Jan. 27, 2012 along with a hard copy of the entry that must be brought to the ADDY Drop-off party January 27 located at Jeff Dow Photography.
Complete directions for entering are online, but be sure to bring TWO copies of your entry to the drop-off event with printouts of the work. These will need to go in clear plastic sleeve available before and at the party. AAF Reno Board members will have helpful guides on hand to assist you and packaging stations available to assemble entries, as well as cocktails and entertainment.
The ADDY® Awards are the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, recognizing and rewarding creative excellence in the art of advertising. Every year approximately 60,000 entries are submitted in local ADDY competitions. Conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation (AAF), the northern Nevada ADDY Awards are the first of a three-tiered national competition. Concurrently, all across the country, local entrants are vying for recognition as the very best in their markets. Local winners then compete against other winners within their regions in one of 14 District competitions. District winners are then forwarded to the National ADDY Awards competition.
