SUBMITTED NEWS RELEASE

RE/MAX Realty Affiliates agent Kathy Williams has become a member of the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists® (CLHMS) and is currently working on earning the designation.

Recognized as the mark of accomplishment in luxury markets around the world, the CLHMS designation assures affluent buyers and sellers that the agents who have earned it have the knowledge, experience, competence, and confidence they require.

A RE/MAX study in 2010 found that among their agents, those with the CLHMS designation were the highest earners in RE/MAX and earned more than those with every other designation.

Williams also was just recently appointed to the Regional Advisory Council for the Northern Nevada Make a Wish Foundation, where she also serves as a Wish Grantor. A Wish Grantor meets with the children who are eligible for a wish to help them determine what their biggest wish is and then takes the steps necessary to grant that wish.

“Kathy is a consistent contributor to the growth of our association and her professional image is outstanding and her charitable and civic activities have been meritorious,” said Amy Lessinger, broker/owner of RE/MAX Realty Affiliates.
