RE/MAX Realty Affiliates launches YouTours

SUBMITTED NEWS RELEASE

RE/MAX Realty Affiliates has launched a new program that will make shopping for a home more convenient than ever before. The leading northern Nevada real estate agency introduces YouTours, which brings property information and photos instantaneously to a smart phone through a QR code or texting option.

“The world in which we live is so technically savvy and instantaneous, so we thought what better time than now to jump in and lead the revolution through our new marketing program, YouTours,” said Amy Lessinger, broker/owner, RE/MAX Realty Affiliates. “Today, home buyers want information as quickly as they can get it or they move on to the next option. Through YouTours, we have made shopping for a home that much more convenient and efficient for buyers. It also offers endless benefits to sellers and agents.”

How it works: Anyone looking for information on a RRA listing, can scan a QR code or send a text message, available on yard signs and print ads, and a detailed description of the property, photos and agent contact information will appear on a smart phone.

As well, YouTours helps agents better gauge interest in a particular property and assist in marketing them.

“There’s also an environmentally conscience approach to using YouTours, as agents will be able to cut back on the need for expensive flyers that often end up polluting neighborhoods,” added Lessinger.
