Learn how to keep unwanted birds out of your yard at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 21, in a free “Bye-Bye Birdie” Green College seminar at Rail City Garden Center, 1720 Brierley Way in Sparks.
The seminar taught by USDA Biologist Jack Sengl will focus on pigeons, starlings and geese.
While the Green College seminar is free, the donation of one can of food for the Food Bank of Northern Nevada is encouraged. Seating is limited so call 775-355-1551 to register and reserve your seat.
