SUBMITTED NEWS RELEASE

Party for a good cause. Ad2 Reno, a non-profit organization dedicated to public service and growing the skills of young advertisers and marketers, is launching its new website with a free celebration on Thursday, March 31 at 6 p.m. at the Reno Collective co-working space on 522 Lander Street.

Ad2 Reno donates time, skills and connections to one local nonprofit each year to produce a comprehensive marketing campaign complete with advertising, production, media and public relations. Past clients include Nevada Project Heartbeat, Reno Sparks Gospel Mission, Court Appointed Special Advocates, and Northern Nevada HIV Outpatient Program, Education and Services.

To get the word out to those who want to give back and polish their communication skills, Ad2 Reno is throwing a swanky, sexy party with drinks, appetizers and raffle prizes from generous donors such as Skagen Designs, The Knitting Factory, Sierra Sweet Life, Mount Rose Ski Resort, Academy Restaurant, Yoga Loka and many more.

The party is open to all, but a special membership deal is available advertising, graphic design, marketing, public relations and communications professionals age 32 and under. Those who sign up for membership on the night of the party will receive 15 months for the price of 12 ($65).

Through this program, young professionals are given the opportunity to spread their wings and acquire skills, while providing high-quality services to real-life clients. The work on these campaigns provides members with real world experience to supplement their résumés and portfolios.
