My Flag is on Fire CD Release PartyOn February 25 My Flag is on Fire releases their anticipated new album, Europa Song, at the Holland Show Space at Rainshadow with The Frontiersmen and  The Pharmacy (Seattle). Flag’s new album will probably be one of the best albums to come out of Reno in a long time, so don’t miss this.  Frontiersmen will bring their real good indie-folk-rock magic and The Pharmacy will make us nostalgic for the 60s with some energetic hyped up surf-rock.  So, to repeat, that’s: Friday, February 25th, Holland Show Space at Rainshadow, 8:30PM doors, $5. It’s going to be way good! Raw Food WorkshopIn partnership with Earth Alchemy Foods (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Earth-Alchemy-Foods/106036849465351), Holland Project is putting on an informative and interactive workshop about raw food. This will feature important information on how to incorporate raw food into your diet as well fun and delicious practice with raw food meal ideas and prep. Way rad! Sat Feb 26th at 1pm. 3rd Annual 3-Minute Film Competition – Call for Submissions!Get ready, the 3-Minute Film Competition is back and is looking for submissions.  The rules?  1. Make a film that’s 3 minutes or LESS.  2. Keep it clean-ish and hate-free  3. Put it on a DVD and send or drop off to the HPHQ (30 Cheney Street, Reno, 89501) by 6pm on March 14th.  The prizes are KILLER this year, so get working friends!  Also, if you want a list of musicians and artists willing to give you music or compose music, hit us up and we’ll send it your way.
