Promotion of two account services team members add to Reno department’s strength

R&R Partners announced changes to its account services department that will expand resources to benefit its clients and the community. With more than 20 years of marketing and advertising experience, Lisa Blauth has been promoted to managing director of the firm’s Reno office. She will now oversee the operations and management of all clients for the Reno office and its 18 employees. Additionally, Nicole Donald and Elizabeth Ghezzi were promoted to account executive and assistant account executive, respectively.

As managing director, Lisa Blauth’s new role will involve high-level strategic planning, account and budget management and inventive business opportunities. Blauth applies her imaginative skills and proficiency to clients such as the Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center, Saint Mary’s Health Plans, Northern Nevada Immunization Coalition and the Whittemore Peterson Institute. Over her 17 years with the agency, she has successfully led a variety of regionally and nationally-recognized advertising campaigns, including a branding effort for Sierra Pacific Power Company (now NV Energy) that resulted in a significant surge in customer loyalty.

As an account executive, Nicole Donald is responsible for day-to-day client interaction and management, strategy and marketing expertise, and project organization. She is dedicated to completing tasks on time and within budget, all while exceeding client expectations. Donald applies steadfastness and originality to all of her clients including Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center, Saint Mary’s Health Plans, Anti-Tobacco Coalition, Nevada Discovery Museum, and Northern Nevada Immunization Coalition. With a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno, Donald has been with R&R for four years.

Having been with R&R for nearly four years, Elizabeth Ghezzi is accountable for day-to-day contact with clients to ensure that expectations are exceeded, goals are met and positive brand perception is continued and strengthened. Her energy and consistency helps her when working with clients Barrick Gold, El Paso Corporation, Junior League, Nevada Mining Association, Ridgeline Energy, Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center, Saint Mary’s Health Enhancement and the Whittemore Peterson Institute. Ghezzi also earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno.
