RENO, Nev. — Sarah Porter, director of Account Services at Ding Communications, recently attended the “Managing Client Relationships” seminar in San Francisco. The class was conducted by David Baker of ReCourses Inc., a firm that specializes in management issues for mid-sized advertising agencies.
The class focused on how to better meet client expectations. In particular, it pinpointed each attendee’s individual strengths and tailored those characteristics to better fulfill the demands of an advertising account executive.
“Ding’s clients depend upon me and the firm to make their advertising and marketing as effective as possible,” Porter said. “This seminar expanded my ability to meet those expectations by playing to my strengths.”
The seminar also helped bolster presentations skills and provided insight into the importance of the agency tour and specific tactics for growing and solidifying the client relationship.
