SUBMITTED NEWS RELEASE
Gubernatorial candidate Rory Reid will make a series of campaign stops in Northern Nevada on Thursday and Friday as the campaign prepares for the beginning of early voting. His wife, Cindy, will join him for several of the events.
The two-day event schedule includes stops in Reno, Sparks and Incline Village. It will be Reid’s final trip to Northern Nevada before the start of early voting on Saturday. Voters can find early voting locations at RoryReid.com.
“I have spent the past year traveling around the state and sharing my innovative plans for balancing the state budget, creating needed jobs and reforming our struggling education system,” Reid said. “Voters have seen that Brian Sandoval has no plan to balance the state’s budget and hasn’t offered even one idea to create jobs for the nearly 15 percent of Nevadans looking for work. And Brian Sandoval’s only plan for education revolves around $533 million in cuts.”
