Roger Whomes is pleased to have the personal endorsement of Rich Tiran, the president-elect of Police Officer’s Research Association of Nevada.
In an e-mail from his personal account, Tiran stated that “during these political times we have some difficult decisions to make.” He has more than 20 years’ experience in law enforcement and is currently a sergeant with Nevada Department of Public Safety as a public information officer and law enforcement liaison.
Whomes welcomes the endorsement of such a fine and well respected law enforcement officer and is happy to add him to his growing list of endorsements from former and retired peace officers. The Whomes campaign has been gaining momentum as the election draws nearer and more Washoe County voters are endorsing a different direction for the district attorney’s Office.
