For months, Sandoval has refused to talk about how he would balance the state budget.
He promised time and time again to show voters his plan. But that was a lie. Early voting is here and Sandoval still refuses to tell Nevadans how he would balance the state budget.
But he did give us a hint yesterday. Sandoval said he would balance the state budget by forcing local government to raise taxes. Sandoval will simply pass the buck to local government.
