Jessica Essad, a student at the University of Nevada, Reno, has joined Ding Communications as the firm’s intern for the Fall Semester.
As part of the company’s intern program, Essad will be introduced to the various disciplines comprising operations at the Reno-based advertising and marketing firm. Through her participation in account planning and daily management activities, and her graphic design and copywriting contributions, Essad will get a hands-on understanding of the primary elements of the advertising business.
The senior anticipates graduating from the Journalism School in December with a Bachelor of Arts, emphasis in Advertising, and a minor in drawing from UNR’s College of Arts. In her spare time, Essad shows dogs, hunts chukar and can be seen horseback carrying sponsorship flags at the Reno Rodeo.
