Join Democratic candidates for a meet-and-greet Wednesday

washoedems-300x98-4571028-8553791Reno residents are invited to attend a meet-and-greet in southwest Reno with local Democratic candidates on Wednesday, Sept. 1, at 6:30 p.m. at the South Valleys Public Library.

· What: Southwest Reno Neighborhood Candidate Night

· When: Wednesday, Sept. 1, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

· Where: South Valleys Public Library, 15650 Wedge Parkway in southwest Reno

“This event is meant to bring Reno neighbors together to hear what their candidates have to say,” said Shaun Gray, executive director of the Washoe County Democratic Party. “The Democratic candidates are anxious to get out there and talk with the voters.”

The event will host representatives from the Sen. Harry Reid campaign and from the Rory Reid gubernatorial campaign as well as the candidates listed below.

Refreshments will be served.
