Northern Nevada Medical Center announces the new members of its Senior Leadership Team.

Matthew Cova, MHA, Chief Financial Officer, has eight years experience in healthcare and comes to Northern Nevada Medical Center from Universal Health Services Summerlin Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas. Cova earned his Master’s of Healthcare Administration from UNLV and his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.

Tiffany Meert, MBA, Chief Operating Officer, comes to Northern Nevada Medical Center from Universal Health Services Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida. Meert has 13 years experience in healthcare and earned her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and her Bachelor’s in Health Information Management from the University of Central Florida.

Don Butterfield, MBA, Director of Business Development and Marketing, has 17 years experience in healthcare public relations and marketing including five years in Northern Nevada. He earned his Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor’s in Communication from the University of New Mexico.

Carla Adams, RN, MSN, Chief Nursing Officer, comes to Northern Nevada Medical Center from Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton, Virginia. She has 22 years in healthcare and earned her Master’s in Nursing from George Mason University and her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Cedar Crest College.
