image001-300x214-4881863-4911608Just more than a week away from one of the most anticipated dates on the 2010 schedule, the Reno Aces will release a limited number of tickets to the general public for the Fourth of July game at Aces Ballpark this Saturday.

The Aces will be releasing a limited number of reserved seats and general admission tickets. These newly released tickets will be available at the Aces Ballpark Box Office or online at www.RenoAces.com beginning at 10 a.m. A very limited number of tickets will be made available, and those are expected to go very quickly. Fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets as early as possible to ensure the best chance to get inside Aces Ballpark for the Independence Day celebration.

July 4 is set to be an all-day affair at Aces Ballpark, leading up to the 6:35 p.m. first pitch versus the Sacramento River Cats. At 2 p.m., the fun begins on the plaza outside Aces Ballpark with music and inflatables for children. From 2 to 4 p.m., the brand new beer garden at the Freight House District will play host to volleyball and bocce ball tournaments.

As the afternoon continues, the plaza will be home to potato sack races and water balloon toss games, a visit from the Aces’ beloved mascot Archie and more. At 3:45 p.m., the Harters will perform a free concert, and at 4:30 p.m. a number of Reno Aces players will participate in an autograph session.

Gates will open early at 5 p.m. on the fourth, and the game will be followed by the most extravagant fireworks show of the season.

For more information on July 4 or any other games at Aces Ballpark, call (775) 334-4700 or visit www.RenoAces.com.
